Guests should have basic physical fitness, carry personal medicines, a fully charged mobile phone with a power bank, and sufficient cash for personal expenses, cafés, and optional adventure activities. Following the Trip Captain’s instructions throughout the journey is compulsory for safety and smooth coordination.

Hotel check-in and room allocation are subject to availability and standard hotel rules. Snow points, sightseeing, and travel schedules depend on weather, road, and government conditions, and adventure activities are optional and undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Delays or changes caused by weather, landslides, or roadblocks are beyond the control of Sree Dhatri Holidays. No refund will be provided for unused services or missed sightseeing, and any damage to hotel property or vehicles will be charged directly to the guest. Booking this trip confirms acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
